About
I work with high-achieving adolescents, students, and early to mid-career professionals who appear successful externally, but who feel overwhelmed, unfulfilled, or disconnected internally. They are often navigating demanding academic or professional environments, facing major life transitions (such as relationship changes, family or career shifts, or relocations), and struggling to balance ambition with personal well-being. Many of my clients are experiencing anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, or low self-esteem. Some may also be dealing with body image issues or the lingering effects of past trauma. I help my clients manage anxiety, life transitions, self esteem issues, and body image concerns through a warm, collaborative approach. Using CBT, psychodynamic, emotionally focused, and relational therapy, I support clients in gaining self-awareness, building resilience, and creating fulfilling relationships and balanced lives. Therapy can be a place to step out of survival mode and reconnect—with yourself, your values, and what truly matters to you. Together, we’ll explore your inner world with compassion and curiosity, so you can begin to make choices that feel aligned, not just expected. You don’t have to figure it out alone; I'd be honored to support you. Specialties: Therapy can be a place to step out of survival mode and reconnect—with yourself, your values, and what truly matters to you. I often work with clients who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing tendencies. During our first sessions, we will collaborate on a plan for addressing these and other issues to help you live the life you want. Credentials & Experience: I am licensed in DC, Maryland, Wyoming, and Idaho. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and completed an externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy.
