About

Hello and welcome! Taking care to listen, deeply and openly, is at the forefront of my work. I attune to the ways in which systems of power influence wellbeing, and I believe healing is a relational process. For these reasons, I intentionally honor lived experiences with the aim of co-creating a therapeutic space that empowers and liberates. Blending empathy, curiosity, and tasteful humor, I bring a genuine presence to my work with individuals, couples, and polyamorous structures. Together, we can develop changes that help you thrive. I have 6 years of experience working in the healthcare field. My approach infuses psychodynamic, humanistic, and multicultural feminist frameworks. I have experience supporting people with a variety of topics, and I am particularly passionate about offering support with sexuality, identity, self-esteem, relationships, depression, anxiety, and complex trauma. Therapy is a journey best explored with someone you trust and click with. Through doing so, my hope for you is to connect with yourself, others, and the world more authentically and freely. If you feel that we may be a good fit for cultivating that, please reach out or click the website link to request an appointment. I look forward to hearing from you! Specialties: Oftentimes, common struggles such as depression and anxiety are only a byproduct of isolation and disempowerment. We'll hold space for your emotional experiences, explore their related contexts, understand the meaning-making attached to them, improve insight into the nature of your distress, bolster skills for navigating it, and promote a corrective experience to transfer into your daily life.

"Your voice is important. Throughout the process, I value hearing your needs and feedback so we may incorporate them into our work together. By collaborating, we'll support you in getting the type of care you're searching for. Some days, perhaps you'll want to dive deep; other days, maybe you'd like some levity. We will follow your pace so we can build a space that you trust."
