I strive to hold an environment in which people feel safe to acknowledge their internal process and are encouraged to discover their resiliency. I have experience working with individuals and families on a variety of issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, communication, and life transitions. My practice utilizes an integrative approach which looks at an individual's relation to their own beliefs, core values, behaviors, and emotions. I believe an individual's role and patterns within their family system and close relationships are valuable avenues of exploration and growth. My approach is a collaborative one.
