Our relationships with our loved ones - children, partners, parents, even coworkers and neighbors - often serve as the foundation of our sense of belonging and happiness. If you're experiencing relationship distress, your overall mental health has likely suffered as well. You deserve greater fulfillment through reconnecting with your partner, deepening your bond with your (sometimes mysterious) teenager, or simply by growing to understand yourself and your own needs and behaviors. As both a parent and an Adolescent Mental Health Specialist, I am in a unique position to help bridge the gap between today's parents and teens. Adolescent work is my primary focus, and I can also help anyone who is looking to reconnect, whether it is with a loved one, romantic partner, friend, or even with your authentic self. We are parenting without a road map, and our young people are coming of age in unprecedented times. Some of us are also working from home, seeing our partners ALL THE TIME (or not enough), grieving distance from loved ones during the pandemic, and more. If you're stressed, you are not alone!
