My ideal client may struggle with addiction, depression, and or anxiety. My client may have traumatic experiences they wish to process in sessions. Their goals would be to learn to overcome their cognitive distortions and cope with life challenges. My client may also seek to eliminate self-destructive behaviors and improve their self-esteem and interpersonal relationships. I have experience working with individuals who have military service experience, substance abuse disorders, and a history of trauma and abuse. I seek to help those who could benefit from support and empowerment to get through the challenges of life. I work with clients in a judgment-free manner, help clients process their thoughts, and guide them to make decisions for themselves to improve the overall quality of their lives.
