Every person has a story that deserves to be heard and understood. While I’m not here to solve life’s problems, I offer a supportive space to listen, empower, and walk alongside you as you work toward meaningful change and greater peace of mind. I partner with individuals across the lifespan to navigate anxiety, ADHD, grief, life transitions, chronic illness, depression, and the enduring impacts of trauma. Together, we create space for healing, growth, and the strengthening of resilience. I offer a genuine, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to explore what’s keeping you stuck. My goal is to help you find a sense of movement again. Together, we’ll navigate life’s challenges and work toward healing and growth. My holistic approach honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit to support meaningful, lasting change. My therapeutic approach incorporates modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Dialectical behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. I am also trained in and provide EMDR. You are not alone in this journey navigating trauma, depression/anxiety or grief/loss/illness, I am here to hear you and your story, an honor I do not take lightly. Specialties: My specialization is assisting individuals navigating life change and transitions, chronic illness, coping with grief and loss, and reducing the impact and effects of trauma and traumatic experiences. Credentials & Experience: I have many years experience assisting those navigating grief, loss, depression, and chronic illness across the lifespan. I have EMDR training and am working toward Certification through EMDRIA
"I tailor my approach to each individual so the methods I use might be different depending on the things we are working on. I am trained in EMDR and use mindfulness techniques. I might also use Cognitive behavioral therapy to help you address thought patterns, or learn coping skills, or we might work through shaping your story to help you gain insight and perspective."
