While not subscribing to one treatment modality she utilized CBT skills learned at the Beck Institute. In 2019, she completed the Postpartum Support International credentialing process to be a certified specialist in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Elizabeth believes that therapy is an open space for individuals to set and achieve realistic goals in a nurturing supportive environment.
