Grief can feel overwhelming, lonely, and confusing—especially after the loss of someone you love. You may experience waves of sadness, anxiety, anger, numbness, or even feel disconnected from the world around you. These responses are a natural part of grief, yet many people feel pressure to “move on” before they are ready. The truth is that there is no right way or timeline for grieving. I offer compassionate grief counseling and bereavement support for individuals navigating the pain of loss where we will talk openly about your loved one or loss, your memories, and the complex emotions that come with grief. I will walk with you. As someone who has experienced, both in the loss of loved ones and ambiguous grief, I have made it my life's mission to help others with the process of grieving. We will work on understanding how grief lives in the body, how it shows up in your everyday life, and ways you can start to feel whole again. You will be supported on this journey of healing. Grieving someone or something can feel so lonely and confusing. You want to reach out for help, but it can feel exhausting because you ARE exhausted. Send me an email and let's talk about it. If you’d like to explore whether we’re a good fit, I offer a free 20-minute consultation. I would be honored to connect with you. Specialties: I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for anxiety, depression, grief and loss, caregiver stress, and life transitions. I support clients navigating adjustment challenges, stress management concerns, and persistent feelings of sadness or worry. Together, we create a personalized treatment plan for lasting mental health improvement so you can feel calmer, clearer, and more resilient. Credentials & Experience: I have over 5 years of experience helping individuals navigate various life stressors that interfere with their lives. I am currently licensed in New York and New Jersey and hold an Advanced Certification in Grief and Bereavement.
"My therapeutic approach is primarily psychodynamic, complemented by client-centered, relational, and attachment-based theories. There is no "cookie-cutter" therapy, in my practice, I focus instead on understanding each client's unique needs. By truly getting to know YOU, we can collaboratively develop the most effective treatment plan for you."
