About
Exhausted? Being a human is hard sometimes. Life throws all sorts of challenges your way, and it can be difficult to manage things on your own. You may feel disconnected from support systems, or in need of a safe space to express yourself. Hopefully therapy can be a place to process, heal, build upon your strengths, and help get to a place where life feels back on track. I have experience supporting clients with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, Autism Spectrum disorder, self-exploration, self-esteem, relationship issues and other life stressors. I also have experience working with individuals from various cultural backgrounds. I currently provide individual therapy services through Flying Colors Healing Arts LLC. Iam passionate about using expressive arts therapy for healing. I have experience working with ages 5 through adulthood. I am currently accepting virtual clients in the state of North Carolina and West Virginia. I have some in person availability in West Virginia. Taking the first step to beginning therapy is not easy. It takes a lot of courage and vulnerability to seek help. Each person is worthy of a safe space to be heard, and express themselves and my hope is that I can support and provide that for my clients! I look forward to hearing from you. Specialties: I have a passion for using expressive therapies to support clients with anxiety, neurodivergence, life changes, self-expression/exploration, and self-esteem. I believe that Expressive arts therapy provides the opportunity to let creativity speak, and gives individuals an outlet and also facilitates communication beyond words! Credentials & Experience: I have worked in community mental health, non-profit, schools and outpatient mental health settings providing individual and group therapy. I am an LCMHC in the state of North Carolina, LPC in West Virginia and am a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist through IEATA.
