About

You’ve spent so much of your life trying to outrun what happened to you as a child, yet the past still shows up in ways you wish it wouldn’t. You carry memories you never asked for, and even years later, they echo through your relationships, reactions, and how you see yourself. Trust feels risky. Connection feels uncertain. And whenever conflict, misunderstanding, or closeness appears, something inside you tightens, like you’re bracing to be hurt or abandoned. You swing between feeling too much and feeling nothing at all – never quite sure where you fit or how to feel safe. You’re tired of feeling stuck and lost. In our work together, we explore the connection between your early experiences and the patterns that shape your life today. Using Interpersonal Reconstructive Therapy, we identify how what once helped you survive now keeps you hurting, and we build the emotional skills, relational clarity, and internal grounding you were never given the chance to learn. Imagine moving through your days with more calm, more connection, and a clearer sense of who you are. Old triggers soften. Relationships feel more balanced. You begin responding from your truest self, rather than from past wounds. You deserve a life shaped by choice, not fear. I’m here to support you. Let me know how I can help. Specialties: While I enjoy working with a variety of presenting issues, often people come to me with a history of trauma throughout their childhood or at some point in their life. They struggle with anxiety, depression, panic, and relationship issues to name a few. Together, we learn how your symptoms make sense in light of your history. Treatment is organized around goals that are specific to you. Credentials & Experience: I am a Doctor of Psychology, meaning I have the highest level of training and education in the study of psychology, human behavior, and mental illness. I have advanced training in psychotherapy for a wide array of mental health presentations and am uniquely trained in more complex presentations.

"I am trained as an integrative health service psychologist, meaning I utilize a variety of evidence-based psychological theories and interventions, tailored to you and your presenting concerns. I strive to treat the cause of distress, not just the symptoms. We get down to the "why" of your symptoms, so that we can address what has been keeping you stuck."
