About
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally scattered, or like you’re constantly trying to “catch up” in life, you’re not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling frustrated with themselves—struggling with focus, emotional regulation, follow-through, or relationship stress—while also managing anxiety, grief, or major life transitions. I specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, grief, divorce, and relationship challenges. ADHD can affect emotional regulation, time management, communication, organization, and self-esteem. Many adults with ADHD describe patterns such as procrastination, overwhelm, emotional reactivity, difficulty sustaining routines, and feeling misunderstood in close relationships. Over time, these challenges can contribute to anxiety, shame, and disconnection from others. My approach is structured, skills-based, and trauma-informed. Therapy with me focuses on improving emotional regulation, increasing self-awareness, strengthening communication, and developing sustainable coping skills. I integrate evidence-based approaches through a compassionate, individualized lens, helping clients move from insight to action. Credentials & Experience: I have over 11 years of experience. I'm licensed in OH and WV and have advanced training in Applied Neuroscience, CBT, Mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory, and Relational Skill Building. In short, I teach you how to rewire your brain and recover from survival mode.
"I use mindfulness, meditation, CBT, movement, self-compassion training, and emotion regulation, and interpersonal skills that help change your brain, reshape patterns, and foster lasting healing and growth. I'll help you navigate your emotions, behaviors, and beliefs that keep you feeling disconnected from your faith and yourself. We'll work toward building a stronger sense of self and well-being."
