About
My ideal clients are adults who are tired of carrying what they've been carrying and ready to do something about it. They come in navigating trauma, identity questions, faith struggles, or the weight of living in a world that hasn't always made space for them. Many are men who've never had permission to feel it, LGBTQIA+ individuals seeking an affirming space, or people whose spirituality is central to their healing. I help them move forward by meeting them where they are and building a path that's actually theirs. I specialize in trauma-informed counseling for adults, with particular depth supporting men, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those integrating faith into their healing. I offer individual and couples counseling in-person and online, using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client. Whatever you're carrying, we'll build a path through it together. Whatever brought you here, it took something to look for help. That matters. You don't have to have the right words or know exactly what you need. You just have to be willing to take the next step. I'm here, and there's room for all of you. Reach out when you're ready. Specialties: I help clients understand how past trauma affects their current relationships and emotions. I work with all forms of trauma, include verbal, emotional, sexual, and religious trauma and intimate partner violence. I also have expertise in working with men in counseling, LGBTQIA community members, gender affirming care for trans clients, people looking for faith based counseling. Credentials & Experience: I'm a licensed therapist in Washington with nearly 20 years of experience. I use trauma-informed interventions to help clients heal, grow, and navigate life's challenges with empathy and resilience.
