I work alongside my clients in a calm, caring and easy-going manner to assist them in understanding and confronting obstacles in their path. I feel privileged to work with people from diverse backgrounds and my goal is to help empower them toward positive change in thoughts, feelings and behavior. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults in individual, group and family settings. My specialties include the treatment of depression, anxiety, Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and men's issues.
