Many of us find ourselves stuck in the same patterns that seem to replay over and over again in our relationships. We have the same arguments or turn to the same habits time after time. Others may be looking to increase the intimacy and connection in our relationships. Many of the clients and couples I work with are ready to break out of this cycle and find healing for themselves and their relationships. As a Level 1 IFS therapist, I believe that addressing the pain and hurt behind these patterns, cycles, and habits will create the most transformative changes in your life. I believe that healing comes when we explore our internal experiences with curiosity and respond in a compassionate and understanding way. As you create a healthier internal world, your external world will begin to reflect this shift.
