My approach to clinical practice is based on a holistic, whole-person model. My training and experience encompass cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and trauma-informed care, along with strength-based and empowerment strategies. I believe that no single therapeutic approach works for everyone. Therefore, I customize each client's treatment plan to address their unique goals for treatment. I look forward to connecting with you! I have over a decade of experience working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, loss, and complex trauma.
