Stacey Harlan
Marriage & Family Therapist
·LMFTAbout
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with more than 34 years of experience in the mental health field. I primarily work with adults who are seeking greater meaning, value, and purpose in their lives. My clinical experience spans a wide range of settings, including county behavioral health systems, private practice, psychiatric hospitals, and virtual care platforms. I earned my master’s degree in counseling psychology from National University. Before becoming a therapist, I practiced as an attorney specializing in family law. This experience deepened my understanding of relational dynamics, conflict, and life transitions and continues to inform my therapeutic approach. Clients can expect a supportive and thoughtful environment where they are genuinely heard. I focus on meaningful exploration and practical insight to support psychological growth and lasting change. I invite you to take the next step in your journey and explore the value of therapy by scheduling your first session. Specialties: At Thriveworks, we specialize in helping with issues like anxiety, depression, grief/loss, stress, life transitions, and more. Together, we'll create a schedule that works for you, whether it's weekly or bi-weekly, in person or online. I'll regularly check in to ensure you're satisfied with your progress, and I'm always open to feedback to adjust your treatment as needed. Credentials & Experience: With over 34 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families, I'm dedicated to helping you lead a happier, more fulfilling life. If you're ready to take the next step, simply call or email Thriveworks, and they'll assist you in scheduling your first appointment with me.
