Hello and welcome! I’m Sara, a clinical therapist with over 20 years of experience in social work. I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, & adults through many life experiences and emotional challenges in a variety of settings. My goal is to build a trusting, supportive environment where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. Whether you're navigating a tough transition, coping with stress, or working through deeper emotional wounds, I’m here to walk alongside you as you move forward. I am particularly passionate about helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, daily stress, and finding footing after life's big adjustments. My therapeutic approach is personable and relaxed in order to build a trusting, comfortable environment.
