Melissa Hale
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
·LCSWAbout
Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in your own head can be exhausting, particularly in times of heightened stress. These experiences are common and understandable responses to internal and external demands. I view healing as a process that begins with slowing down, increasing self-awareness, and attending to the body’s signals, which often hold important information about our emotional and physiological states. My approach to therapy is grounded in a whole-person framework. I integrate somatic interventions, mindfulness-based practices, and sustainable lifestyle modifications to support meaningful, long-term change. Sessions may include body-based awareness, mindfulness practices, practical coping skills, and tools to increase self-understanding. I meet each client where they are, honoring their individual needs. I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about reconnecting with yourself and building a life that feels more balanced, present, and aligned. A safe, supportive and non-judgmental experience. WE can also discuss goals for therapy, to makes sure your experience is supportive and tangible. My hope is that when we complete our time together, you can confidently implement new strategies into your day to day life. Credentials & Experience: Holistic therapist combining traditional and alternative methods. Combining clinical social work with somatic psychology, reiki, and mindfulness.
