Often in life we can find ourself in a place of distress, darkness, chaos and feel like there is nobody that understands or cares. Sometimes you are the parent of the child that is always kicked out of school, or you painfully watch your child go through something you know is just so upsetting but you are not able to help. Maybe you are told you are just not enough so much that you have started to believe it. I am a prescriptive therapist with a vast array of skills and training ready to set some goals and work to help you make change happen. I have been working with children and their families in the field of mental health since 1996. Over the 20 plus years my experience in the field has varied from in home, inpatient, school, residential , SNF, and private practice. During this time I have obtained a specialized skills set that has been most beneficial in working with my clients.
