You know that clear life plan you had when you were younger? Not going so well? Has it been dashed, changed, trampled on, destroyed or forgotten? Yah, I get that. I'm guessing that's why you are here. It's hard to know what to do when you feel overwhelmed and alone. In this stage so many of us also experience shame....that one is a doozy! But there is hope and a way forward. With over two decades of experience, I have extensive training and a love for working with trauma, PTSD and CPTSD, addictions, divorce, major life transitions, depression, and anxiety. When life brings massive change and challenges you can learn resilience and create a new plan and even discover a new you. Let's do this together. You aren't alone. Specialties: I work with trauma, CPTSD, addictions, depression and anxiety. Individual and families are welcome. I also help parents better communicate with their children. Credentials & Experience: I am a trauma informed therapist who holds a masters degree in counseling. I am licensed with the state of Oregon and am a supervisor for counseling associates.
"I often use cognitive behavioral therapy for short term solutions. My long term therapy approach is from an Internal Family Systems orientation. I find it incredibly helpful for trauma, addictions and self affirming struggles."
