About
I am here to listen and support no matter what is happening. There is nothing too big or too small to talk about. I believe that we have to be challenged to grow. I believe that if we had the tools to change things on our own, we would. I am here to help you discover the areas you need to grow in, or get unstuck from. We will uncover and learn tools to help you move past where you are to where you want to be, I have been an educator for 19 years. I understand burnout, compassion fatigue, anxiety, and stress. You can put down your worries and stress while we are in session so that when we are done talking, it will be lighter and easier to carry. I will challenge your thinking and encourage you to approach your life in a different way. If you've been thinking about going to counseling and you're just unsure where to start, start here. Reach out for a free phone consultation, get a feel for my vibe and my energy.
