I've been actively counseling for several years. I'm easy to get along with and I help individuals to feel as comfortable as possible with life issues that are uncomfortable. My commitment is to listen to you and help you. I will work with you to find coping strategies that you can understand. I want to hear about your life experience and allow you the time to find an opportunity to realize your inner perseverance to move beyond the emotional pain this problem is creating for you. I work with a diverse group of individuals from the very young souls creating colorful drawings to our older generations' storytellers. I welcome the opportunity to get to know you and to help you find some resolution. Let's get working so you can feel better sooner! Specialties: I have extensive training in trauma and family systems. I have also been a provider for Critical Incident & Stress Management contracts. I am also familiar with with SPECT brain scans and related research pertaining to neuroscience. Credentials & Experience: I have several years' experience and most recently enjoyed a training through The Boston International Trauma Conference & Training Institute.

My background is diverse but heavier on trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, family dysfunction, anger, sexual abuse, ADHD, and parenting problems. I have training helping veterans/families & open adoption."
