I use a person-centered approach but I also utilize CBT and DBT skills to facilitate change in my clients. Within every person are resources one can grasp to start the journey for change. Credentials & Experience: I am certified in brain spotting (phase 1 & 2). DBT informed, IFS informed and play therapy. I am a certified PCIT therapist, EMDR therapist and I have an LPC-MHSP license. I specialize in children ages 4-18 also and care about the well-being of their future.
