About
Anxiety, overthinking, or self-doubt is affecting how you show up in your relationships. You and your partner find yourselves having the same arguments, feeling disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. You feel stuck. You want closeness, but aren’t sure how to get there. Many of my clients are navigating relationship stress, codependent patterns, trust ruptures, or past experiences that still show up. You may feel torn between losing yourself or losing the relationship. Together, we explore how to grow as individuals while staying connected in more secure, meaningful ways. I work with individuals and couples feeling stuck in cycles of conflict, people-pleasing, or disconnection. Together we work towards building greater self-awareness, more effective communication skills, and stronger trust in yourself and your relationships. Therapy with me is a collaborative experience. I aim to provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen and supported. I invite you to reach out to see if we're a good fit. Specialties: I work with clients who feel burdened by relationship distress, trauma, life transitions, grief, and feelings of anxiety and depression. Therapy with me is a collaborative, relaxed, and non-judgemental experience. Credentials & Experience: I received my master's in marriage and family therapy from Lipscomb University and currently working towards licensure.
