About
You may be seeking therapy because you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, or stuck in patterns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or major life transitions. You might be navigating postpartum changes, relationship stress, chronic illness, caregiver fatigue, or the long-term impact of past experiences. You want greater emotional clarity, symptom relief, and tools to feel more grounded, regulated, and connected in your daily life. As a Graduate Clinician, I provide trauma-informed, attachment-based therapy informed by EFIT and somatic approaches. I support women experiencing anxiety, depression, postpartum mood concerns, ADHD, chronic illness, and trauma. Therapy focuses on emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and mind-body awareness. Living with emotional distress, ADHD, or chronic health concerns can feel isolating. You deserve support that honors your whole experience. I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where you can feel understood and supported as you move toward healing at your own pace. Credentials & Experience: Graduate Intern Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master of Arts at University of the Cumberlands to be completed December 2026.
"During your first appointment, I strive to create an open and safe atmosphere that allows you to explore who you are now and what has prompted you to seek support. During our sessions, I like to focus on understanding your past and how you are expressing these experiences in the here and now. I believe working through this lens allows healing to occur and change to be accepted."
