About
If you look fine on paper but feel anxious or stuck in patterns you can't outgrow — you're in the right place. I work with adults, young adults (13+), leaders, clinicians, parents, and high-functioning professionals who desire to do inner work. Most come in carrying something familiar — anxiety that won't quiet, a relationship pattern that keeps repeating, addiction, depression, or the quiet sense you should be doing more. You've tried a few things already, and you're ready to look at what lives underneath: the developmental, attachment, and identity patterns formed in early life. At The Becoming Agency, treatment is organized through The Becoming Architecture — a developmental framework formalized in my PhD research on childhood trauma and attachment. Therapy moves through five movements: Uncover, Unlearn, Heal, Become, and Sustain. We meet you where you are. Trained in attachment-based therapy, trauma-focused CBT, schema therapy, family systems, and Gottman couples work. Individuals, couples, families. PhD in Developmental Psychology (Walden, 2024). LPC, LAC, QMHP. I'd love to see if we're the right fit. Specialties: Clinical specialties: childhood trauma, attachment disruptions, and adult identity formation. Most presenting concerns — anxiety, depression, relational cycles, addiction symptoms — resolve more durably when the underlying developmental and attachment substrate is addressed directly. I see individuals, couples, and families through the same developmental framework. Credentials & Experience: PhD in Developmental Psychology (Walden, 2024) — dissertation: "Childhood Trauma, Attachment, and Adult Leadership Styles." A decade in clinical practice across community mental health, addiction treatment, and private practice. TEDx speaker: "Living & Leading from a Love Script."
"Modalities: attachment-based therapy, trauma-focused CBT, schema therapy, family systems, and Gottman couples work. Treatment is sequenced through The Becoming Architecture — a five-movement developmental model (Uncover, Unlearn, Heal, Become, Sustain) that integrates early-life pattern work with capability and capacity development. Translates clinically across individuals, couples, and families."
