About
Hi, I’m Jess! I specialize in working with young adults navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and the everyday chaos of just being human. Outside of the therapy space, I’m a mom, a creative spirit, and a lover of cozy aesthetics and meaningful conversations. I know firsthand what it’s like to juggle the beautiful and the hard things at the same time—and I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you do the same. My approach is holistic, quirky, and deeply real. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to bring your full self into the room—messy feelings, awkward moments, dark humor, and all. Healing doesn’t have to be stiff or sterile; it can be playful, colorful, and full of personality. At Healing Holistic, I combine evidence-based practices with a warm, collaborative vibe to help you feel grounded, empowered, and understood. Whether we’re tackling intrusive thoughts, unlearning old patterns, or just figuring out how to be kinder to yourself, my goal is to help you feel like you can exhale here. Specialties: Together, we'll untangle the past, quiet overwhelm, and build confidence through life's changes. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, big transitions, or the messy beauty of motherhood, I offer a creative, compassionate space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. Credentials & Experience: I am licensed in NC and SC, and working towards licensure in Georgia!
