About
If your mind often feels busy with worry, overthinking, or self doubt, you are not alone. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or find uncertainty hard to tolerate. Maybe you’re not enjoying things the way you used to, having trouble concentrating, or feeling more irritable and not quite like yourself. Therapy offers a space to slow things down and begin responding in new ways. I help clients increase awareness, develop more helpful ways of relating to difficult thoughts and emotions, and take meaningful steps toward what matters most. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and substance use. I also support life transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional and identity shifts that can come in early parenthood. I have experience helping young adults navigate academic pressures, identity development, and growing independence. I provided telehealth therapy to adults in RI. I am in network with Blue Cross, Aetna, NHP, Tricare and United Health. I also accept self pay clients. Please message me here, or see my website for more information and contact options. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can get to know me and see if my approach feels right for you. Specialties: You can learn to stay present, and take meaningful actions, even when you are facing tough emotions. Credentials & Experience: You can learn to accept thoughts and feelings without getting stuck in them, allowing you to respond in ways that are helpful and aligned with your values.

As a mom myself, I understand that being pregnant, recently giving birth, or being a new parent can be overwhelming. Parents can face significant challenges such as anxiety, depression, identity shifts and learning to navigate the balance between self care and care giving.
