Being vulnerable takes tremendous strength and opening yourself up to create an authentic and genuine life requires conviction. I work with couples in premarital and marital counseling, as well as helping all adults with relationship issues. Issues like infidelity, lack of intimacy and communication struggles are common and together we can work to resolve them. My goal is to help you rebuild your relationship into something much healthier than before. I also help adults with grief, chronic illness, anxiety and depression. Taking the first step toward better mental health is courageous, and I would be honored to help you reach your goals. I approach counseling with humor and grace; we could all use a little more of that. I will listen, witness, and support you on your journey to your best mental health. No one knows you better than you, and I will listen to your story from a position of kindness and non-judgment because my ultimate goal is to understand you. we will face your challenges, even when it seems easier not to. We will collaborate on goals and find the best way forward.
