About
My ideal clients are adults navigating unhealthy attachment styles (anxious or avoidant), low self-worth, people pleasing, and relational patterns they can't seem to break. They're done repeating the cycle and ready to understand what's driving it. I help them build boundaries that hold, develop worth that doesn't depend on others' responses, and create relationships that feel safe and reciprocal. I specialize in attachment-based relational work — helping adults untangle anxious and avoidant patterns, fear of abandonment, low self-worth, unhealthy family dynamics, and the communication and boundary deficits that keep people stuck in cycles they can't break on their own. If you've spent years putting everyone else first, shrinking yourself to keep the peace, or wondering why the same patterns keep showing up — you're not broken. You just haven't had the right space to figure out what's underneath it. That's what we do here. Specialties: I work with adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, codependency, and trauma patterns. Treatment typically involves identifying the emotional cycles driving your current struggles, building practical regulation tools, and reshaping the beliefs that keep you stuck. Clients generally experience steadier decisions, stronger boundaries, and a grounded sense of self. Credentials & Experience: Licensed in TX, OR and FL.
"I draw from CBT, IFS, Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and psychodynamic approaches, selecting what fits the client rather than applying one method to everyone. Sessions are structured but conversational — expect direct feedback, pattern-focused work, and practical tools alongside deeper exploration. The goal is forward movement, not indefinite processing."
