I also have expertise working with youth, emerging adults and the LGBTQIA2S+ community as a culturally specific provider (CLSS). Recenlty, my practice has expanded to couples and individuals who are navigating ethical non-monogamy. Therapy with me might feel different. I frequently use humor or banter to bring levity to life's toughest adjustments in order to help transition into the personal growth and change you seek through talk, EMDR, or hypnotherapy services. Prior to therapy I spent 20+ years in Executive Search & HR if a career change is in your future. Asking for support is difficult.
