About
You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by painful past experiences, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful individuals navigating trauma, relationship challenges, ADHD, or self-doubt while trying to hold everything together on the outside. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and it also takes courage. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as we explore what’s been weighing on you and begin making sense of your experiences. My approach is relational, person-centered, and strengths-based. I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships where you can explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion. I integrate EMDR, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and mindfulness. Together we focus on building emotional awareness, strengthening self-trust, and developing tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and alignment with your values. I have hope that the difficulties you have endured can empower you toward healing, wholeness, and resilience. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your growth journey. Specialties: I support adults navigating trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Therapy often focuses on understanding patterns, building coping tools, and healing from past experiences so you can develop greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. Credentials & Experience: Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon and Washington. I have completed two levels of EMDR training, including work with complex trauma, and additional training in trauma-informed care, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and ADHD-informed care.
"In our first sessions, we'll explore what has brought you to therapy and begin making sense of the patterns and experiences shaping your life. I integrate EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and parts-informed work, while also offering psychoeducation and practical tools to help you build insight, self-trust, and meaningful change."
