About
I often work with clients navigating life transitions or major season-of-life changes, grief, loss, and life not turning out the way you'd hoped, identity exploration and feeling unsure of who you are or what you want, faith transitions, spiritual questioning, and anxiety/depression connected to change, stress, or loss. My approach is relational, process-oriented, and emotionally focused. I allow my sessions to be guided by what feels most present and meaningful to you. A core strength of my work is the ability to stay with intense or painful emotions without trying to push them away or prematurely solve them. Finding the right counselor can be a daunting task! Feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute consult to see if we'd be a good fit.
