About
Do you struggle with understanding your emotions? Do you crave more meaningful relationships? Do you desire a relational and authentic person to work beside you? I support women and girls who need relational support through or from their toughest experiences. If you are feeling stuck, I can provide tangible steps for long term positive change. As a Christian and a mental health professional, I also find it important to address the underlying causes of mental health struggles, whether that's in the mind, body, and/or spirit. I specialize in supporting women and girls who have survived various experiences that are affecting them in daily life. I also use spiritual integration and a Christian counseling approach when requested. As a relational clinician, I highly value the therapy relationship and collaboration with you as the client. I know how hard it can be to find a therapist and finding the right fit matters. Even if that right fit isn't me, I'll help you find someone who is. Message me for a free consult and let's find a time to talk about what you're hoping for in therapy! Specialties: I work with clients on a needs to needs basis to create a treatment plan and goals to guide their progress. We will work to create tangible goals, build skills, and create plans that allow for personal fulfillment and growth. Credentials & Experience: I have my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University. I'm a professional member of the American Association for Christian Counselors. I am an associate in Oregon and Washington.
