Hello, my name is Crystal "Nikki" Factor. I graduated with my bachelor's degree from Haskell Indian Nations University , my master degree from University of Oklahoma (OU), and my doctorate degree from the University of Southern California (USC). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and past trauma. With many issues in life, individuals sometimes need help healing. When they begin the therapy process, they begin to understand their true self-value. In the first session, I always explore what the individual wants to focus on in therapy. My greatest strengths are that I want to be an active listener, so I am able to understand what will help you via the therapy journey.
