About

Life often has a funny way of inviting us to grow, sometimes gently and other times through unexpected changes that leave us questioning who we are and what we truly need. You might find yourself wanting to feel more confident, wanting to communicate more clearly, or to stop losing yourself in the expectations and ideas of others. Maybe you are finally realizing that it's time to prioritize YOUR needs, trust YOUR own voice, and step into a new era of independence and self-understanding. It's probably time for you to reconnect with your values and with what you truly want in your life. My work focuses on helping individuals strengthen their self-esteem, set and maintain healthy boundaries with themselves and others, and cultivate confidence that feels authentic and long lasting. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions whether in careers, relationships, or personal identity and are using skills to releasing limiting patterns. You do not have to have it all together or figured out right now, growth takes time. You deserve to feel confident, capable, and connected to who you are. Together, in this space, we can help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and aligned with who you are...at your own pace. Specialties: I work with clients who may be struggling with life transitions related to their relationships, family, or self. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter. Credentials & Experience: I have years of experience in helping transitional youth, older adults, teens, couples and families. I hold additional training in EMDR.

"I often use an eclectic treatment style in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. For example, with CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better."
