About
Many of the people I work with look like they have it together on the outside, but inside they feel overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted from carrying so much for so long. They are often the ones others rely on, responsible, capable, and deeply caring, yet they may struggle with overthinking, self-doubt, or feeling like they can never fully relax. Nothing is falling apart, but something doesn’t feel sustainable anymore, and they’re ready for it to feel different. Many of the couples I work with care deeply about each other but feel stuck in patterns of miscommunication or disconnection and want to feel closer again. I'm Michelle- therapist, mom, wife, writer and podcaster. I understand how easy it is to carry a lot while still feeling unsure inside. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, self-worth struggles, and life transitions, creating a space where you can feel supported and start to feel more like yourself again. I use EMDR and other evidence-based approaches to help you better understand what’s keeping you stuck and create meaningful change. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone. I will meet you where you are, support you with honesty and care, and help you move toward feeling more steady, connected, and like yourself again. Specialties: I specialize in couples who've lost each other in life's busyness and individuals carrying anxiety, self-worth struggles, and trauma they've never had space to fully set down.
