I am passionate about working with neurodivergent teens and adults with executive functioning challenges related to ADHD, ASD, depression, and anxiety. As a neurodivergent person myself, I specialize in providing affirming and compassionate care to support my clients in achieving their goals. Often, my clients are looking for support to help them improve their inner motivation, regulate their emotions as needed, identify and implement strategies to optimize their daily functioning, develop a healthy support network, and prioritize their holistic wellness. Creative minds need creative solutions. I offer adaptable individualized treatment options that integrate a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches according to the interests and needs of each client. I look forward to working alongside you on your treatment journey. Feel free to call or email me to discuss how we can work together to help you thrive! Specialties: I utilize an adaptable, individualized, and collaborative approach with each client. Throughout our work together, we will focus on what matters most to you. I am here to support your process and help you identify practical strategies to move forward in building a more authentic and fulfilling life.
"I believe that there's no "one size fits all" type of therapy. During our sessions, we will review the evidence-based treatment options I can offer. Based on your previous experiences with therapy and personal preferences, we will develop a treatment plan that integrates the approaches that align best with your wellness goals."
