About

My priority as a clinician is to co-construct an environment that feels affirming, warm, and responsive to needs of clients managing various life challenges and traumas including sudden deaths of loved ones. My style incorporates relational and existential frameworks that invite clients to build awareness of their inner systems, claim their autonomy, and move toward meaningful change. I blend modalities such as IFS, EMDR, and emotion-focused approaches, and my practice is always informed by grief and loss, even if a client’s feelings are not associated with a death. I see clients in DE, PA, and MA, and I specialize in suicide loss. I hold precious the opportunity to practice humility as I walk alongside clients who are willing to generously share their stories, and I will never pretend to know more about a client’s experiences than them, as I believe they are the true experts. My lens is informed by intersectionality, harm reduction, and human connection. I highly value learning about the strengths of clients as well as what helps them to keep going when things feel impossible. I currently offer individual and group therapy at the Center for Grief and Trauma Therapy for people of all ages, and I remain involved as a volunteer in grief spaces elsewhere, guided by my own loss experiences. I'd love to meet you.
