You’ve had to figure out so much on your own – how to deal with feelings, how to box up your pain and keep going, how to protect yourself. You’ve been carrying your hurt around for YEARS. But now, you’ve hit a wall. Your pain box is bursting open and the “just push through” attitude isn’t working. You may be wondering WHY NOW, since you have already been through so much. You may have found other approaches to alleviate the suffering, but the absence of misery is not the same as thriving. It’s time to stop hiding and address the roots. I get it. I know what loss tastes like. I know ignoring or abandoning parts of yourself seems easier to keep the peace. I know how excruciating vulnerability can be and the exhaustion of daily fear. My passion is helping those with histories of loss, trauma, and instability manage their pain when their old survival skills stop working. This is an opportunity to heal from the inside out, break unhelpful cycles, and embody your best self. I will walk beside you, challenge you, genuinely care, and respect your right to choose your own path. I’m curious about your story and I welcome your weird and your ugly bits. Email me to dig deeper. Specialties: My practice focuses on helping adults with early childhood trauma, toxic shame, and a history of "survival mode" find their way to thriving. Credentials & Experience: I am a licensed psychologist with years of experience working with anxiety, trauma, and helping clients deepen their understanding of themselves. Email me to schedule a 15 minute phone consultation.
"In non-jargon: I see the world in terms of relationships- your relationship to others, but also to different parts of yourself, to each emotion, to past You. I want to know what you think of as a meaningful life and what is getting in your way. We can't change that life has pain and loss, but we can stop causing ourselves more pain through avoidance, we can feel whole and live an intentional life."
