About

I am passionate about providing mental healthcare to those in need with special interests for those in the LGBTQIA2S+ and neurodivergent communities. I am supervised by Patrick Hart, LPCC-S (ND 7978114246) and Dr. George Pate, PhD, LMFT-S, LPC-S, ICADC, ADC-III (Tx LMFT 4054). I am working toward licensure in the state of Minnesota as a Post Graduate Clinician, additionally supervised by Erin Guyette (MN LMFT 4196). I offer systemic therapy in-person or via telehealth to clients in Minnesota and North Dakota. I help clients explore their families and themselves to have a better understanding of who they are and who they wish to be. Each treatment plan is tailored to the needs of the client or family. I believe in unconditional positive regard of my clients and meeting them where they are on their therapeutic journey. This may look different for each person or even during each session. Your overarching therapy goals will guide us along your therapeutic journey, where you are the expert of your life and I provide the therapeutic experience. Specialties: Therapy treatment plans are a collaboration between us in which we discuss your goals and the steps you can take to get there. Each client's therapy treatment plan is developed uniquely for their needs and goals. Credentials & Experience: I recently received my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University after completing coursework and supervised field experience. I am currently working under supervision to eventually obtain licensure.

"Treatment plans and preferences are tailored for each client. Depending on your needs, we will decide what works best for you. I have training and experience in various systemic methods that can be integrated to help you achieve your goals."
