About
Are you overwhelmed? Tired? Frustrated? Hurt? Do you feel like you've tried everything but life and emotions are still hard to manage? When life feels this way, it's difficult to know where to turn. There is HOPE. It IS possible to learn how to manage your feelings, heal from your pain, connect to others, and grow into the person you wish to be. I specialize in working with high achievers struggling with anxiety or relationship issues. I provide practical tools to help and a specific strategy to help clients reach their goals. I'm a provider for Lyra and Modern Health. I'm also a member of Focus on the Family's referral network. I'm certified in Neuropsychotherapy - using brain science in therapy. Struggling with anxiety, depression, grief or relationship issues can be so hard in different ways. I’m confident that together we can work to help equip you with the necessary tools to help you face and overcome these challenges. There is hope and healing can be found. Please reach out. I'd be honored to walk with you on this healing journey. Specialties: I use a few treatment modalities that will help a client learn to slow down, figure out what the root issue is and then either resolve that issue or learn to manage/cope with the feelings attached to the issue. Most of my clients feel cared for and that I'm on this healing journey with them. For more information, check out my website: www.hopeandhealingnwa.com Credentials & Experience: I'm licensed in AR, TX, ND and SD. I'm also part of Focus on the Family's Referral Network. I'm a provider for Lyra and Modern Health also. I'm certified in using neuroscience with therapy and I'm a provider certified in IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback.
"I mostly use CBT or Emotionally Focused Therapy (depending on the situation). Both are very effective at helping people. I provide counseling from a Christian perspective and love helping others incorporate their faith into their healing journey. I do this with confidentiality, professionalism and compassion. Non-Christians and non-religious clients also feel safe, welcome and accepted."
