About
Currently accepting new clients. I help adolescents and adults who feel stuck, scattered, or 'behind' in life reconnect with clarity and purpose. Even if you're unclear about why you are feeling lackluster about where you are at in life, you know you want to navigate life with a greater sense of agency and purpose. It is possible! Purpose isn’t something you figure out by thinking harder, it unfolds when your body finally feels calm enough to listen. Many people come to therapy struggling with some combination of anxiety, ADHD traits, and a lived experience of trauma, and the truth is, these experiences often overlap. In each session I bring nervous system regulation and deep, intuitive listening to help you feel safe to develop more insight and self-understanding. You’ll leave sessions with tangible strategies to support your therapeutic goals. For clients who may benefit, I also offer neurofeedback as a supplemental modality within counseling. If any of this resonates with you, please reach out for a phone consultation so we can discuss your therapeutic goals and how I can support you. Email me to set up a time or go to my website to schedule a consultation directly. I hope your search leads you to find a therapist who helps you feel understood, safe, and inspired! Specialties: Therapy with me is both grounding and growth-oriented. Whether you're navigating anxiety, ADHD, or an internal fog you can't quite name, our work begins by creating safety in your body and clarity in your mind. I'll meet you with warmth, curiosity, and zero pressure to "perform", and together we'll increase insight and develop strategies to gently shift patterns that are no longer serving you.
"I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and somatic techniques, plus nervous system education that helps you understand how your body and brain work under pressure. If it feels right for you, I also offer Human Design as an optional framework for deepening self-awareness."
