About
Evenings availability! I am accepting New Clients! Preteens/Teens & Young Adults/Adults as well as Couples Counseling. Starting therapy is a huge step, and I want to congratulate you for taking it! It takes courage to seek support, and I’m excited to be part of this journey with you. Therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Together, we can work through the challenges that are holding you back and uncover the root causes of your struggles. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy to help guide you toward healing. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care and mental health counseling, with a focus on long-term growth. I also offer support with substance use challenges. I work with variety of ages. I believe in the power of goal setting and will work with you each week to identify your specific needs, build progress, and achieve the life you want to create. It’s important to feel comfortable with your therapist and I’m here to ensure that you have the support and validation you need. Looking forward to working with you! Specialties: You can expect goal planning, problem solving, reframing thoughts, play therapy, empathy and understanding when coming to my office. It is a complete judgement free zone! Credentials & Experience: I am credentialed as a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate. I have experience in trauma, addiction, family, play therapy, CBT and DBT.
