About

What if you could finally understand why you feel stuck and actually do something about it? I'm the founder of Cognitive Reset Counseling in Brooklyn. I work with people navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and life transitions, especially those who've tried therapy before and felt like something was missing. What makes my approach different is where we start. Using EEG brain mapping, I tailor treatment to how your brain is actually functioning. From there, we work collaboratively to address your unique needs using an integrative approach of brain, body, and mind based techniques. Ready to get started? Let's connect. As a Certified Complex Trauma Therapist, I specialize in stress, anxiety and trauma. I combine brain based interventions like brainspotting, HRV coherence, and neurofeedback alongside IFS, Somatic therapy, CBT and DBT to help clients process trauma, rewire their brains and build lasting resilience. As a long time sufferer of anxiety who has come out on the other side, I know the tremendous impact that mental health can have on even the small aspects of our lives. Knowing what it is like on the other side of the chair has helped me understand the struggle so that I can best help others. My hope is that I can truly help you to the other side too. Specialties: I specialize in helping clients with anxiety and stress by using a combination of traditional interventions like CBT and person-centered theory with the latest research in neuroscience. I actively work on ways to incorporate my knowledge and the uniqueness of the client into the work we do together to help them achieve anxiety and stress relief. Credentials & Experience: I am certified in HeartMath, Complex Trauma, and Somatic therapy with additional training in Neurofeedback and Brainspotting. As a Reiki Master, I also weave in the spiritual aspects of a client's journey in our work together.

"I like to draw upon research supported interventions. From, the latest discoveries in Neuroscience, and positive psychology. I find that this combo gives clients practical tools to cope with their stressors and reprogram their brain while empowering them."
