·LMFTAbout
If you feel stuck in the same relationship patterns or feel like something needs to change (but you can't quite put your finger on what it is), we might be a good fit. I work with clients across all age groups and particularly enjoy supporting young professionals, families with young children, and couples going through life cycle transitions. I use a blend of narrative and attachment-based strategies to help my clients achieve their goals, and I like to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and preferences. If there's something you want to try in therapy, let's talk about it! As a strengths-based/systemic therapist, I will help you examine long-term patterns that no longer serve you and identify new ways to cope with challenges that feel more authentic to you. I provide a supportive environment where you can explore your feelings, build resilience, and make lasting changes in your day-to-day life. Whether you’re seeking support through a personal struggle or working to enhance your relationships, I’m here to support you. My goal is to empower you to achieve a sense of well-being and strength, using a blend of evidence-based techniques and the unique therapeutic relationship that we develop. I look forward to meeting you soon! Specialties: I work with clients who may be struggling in their relationships due to anxiety, trauma, depression, etc. (or vice versa). During our initial sessions, we will spend some time getting to know each other and identifying your priorities for treatment. Then, we'll dive deeper into your patterns and make adjustments that align with your life goals.
