About
Helping teens and young adults manage anxiety, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with who they are through trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy. You may be juggling school, work, or relationships while feeling anxious, disconnected, or unsure of who you are. I work with teens, college students, and young adults who want to feel grounded again, to understand their emotions, trust themselves, and move through stress without losing their sense of self. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and rediscover the parts of you that have been overshadowed by pressure or self-doubt. I use CBT, DBT, IFS, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to help clients strengthen emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience. As a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and Board-Certified Music Therapist, I also offer creative expression as a way to explore emotions and support lasting healing. You deserve a space where you can feel understood and supported as you navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re managing anxiety, recovering from trauma, or learning to trust yourself again, we’ll work together at your pace. If you’re ready to reconnect with who you are, I’d be honored to help you start that process. Specialties: I support adults and young professionals facing anxiety, burnout, and life transitions. Using mindfulness and trauma-informed approaches, I help clients reduce stress, build resilience, and reconnect with their authentic selves for long-term emotional well-being. Credentials & Experience: I'm a licensed therapist in New York with experience supporting adults and young adults through anxiety, burnout, and life transitions, using mindfulness-based and trauma-informed approaches.
