About
One of the most courageous things you can do is to begin to understand your own story. Life is too short to settle for unhealthy relationships or hold onto past traumas. I have several years of experience working with children, teens, and adults who want to reconnect with their true selves. I take a holistic and straightforward approach, recognizing that everyone has unique life experiences. Together, we will explore what has been hindering your happiness. My background in interpersonal neurobiology and attachment theory will assist individuals in understanding their earliest relational patterns with compassion and mindfulness. Utilizing a comprehensive approach, I incorporate attachment theory, somatic processing, and mindfulness to facilitate one's pursuit of personal growth. I am EMDR certified and am also in training to become a Certified Sandplay Therapist. By prioritizing safety, understanding, and active listening, I strive to offer a space where individuals can express themselves freely, ultimately promoting healing and resilience. I hope to empower individuals to get to the root cause of what is hindering them and move forward in their journeys with greater confidence and support.
"I work with clients from an attachment-based, trauma informed perspective, exploring how early life experiences may influence one's current emotional well being. During our initial sessions, we will approach these issues with gentle curiosity and work collaboratively to create a plan to address issues in an authentic way."
