About
Looking for a skilled and personable therapist to help navigate your relationship? Interested in developing a more healthy and secure relationship with your partner, others, intuition, body, and other aspects of your life? Struggling to connect, pushing through anxiety and depression, wanting to feel more present in your life? These experiences are very common for people who have experienced complex trauma and childhood attachment rupture. I offer support to individuals and couples through relational psychoeducation and therapy (PACT), parts work (Internal Family Systems), and other methodologies, including Somatic Experiencing. I work with femmes, women (trans women are women) and LGBTQ+ couples. Besides the Psychological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Experiencing, I also specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Adventure Therapy (outdoor activity and nature ceremony), and harm-reduction-based addiction recovery. If you're feeling lost and hopeless in life or relationships, I can help. I am among the most non-judgmental and least pretentious therapists you'll ever meet. Your behavior and past do not define you. You will not be judged by me. Reach out if you're ready to triumph in life's adventures of personal and relational challenges. We will find your way through! Specialties: I work with women and queer individuals/couples (including opposite-sex partners who are cis-passing or only one individual identifies as queer) who want to improve the quality of their relationships. I specialize in complex trauma and attachment rupture. I help uproot the reasons for relational anxiety to find new ways of relating based on self-assertion, mutual sensitivity, and fairness.
"PACT is the foundational couple therapy model I utilize. In individual therapy I tend to integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and DBT primarily but may include a variety of art and experiential methods as well."
