About
Prior clients would say that I am honest, empathetic, non-judgmental, and genuine. I believe in open and honest dialogue so that we can best help you move forward. I believe how we think affects our actions. I work with clients to construct meaning from their individual circumstances and to create goals to move forward. I believe every client is different, and my pledge is to treat each person as an individual, working towards your own unique goals. I have over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field. I provide individual and group counseling and supervision to Licensed Associate Counselors. I have extensive experience working in schools and clinical agencies with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, college/career development, and academic difficulties. I do believe that each person is unique, and I would welcome the opportunity to work with you to help you work towards your goals. Specialties: I have over 20 years as a director of school counseling K-12 and in clinical agencies, outpatient programs and in-home therapy. I have extensive experience helping to create a bridge helping students struggling with their mental health and the crossover to schools.
